A while ago you wrote about going to an Indian restaurant. Why would anyone waste money and time on hastily prepared food made of cheap ingredients, when they make such delicious creations as the ones you display at home? If I had your talent, I wouldn’t step inside most restaurants.

Food made of cheap ingredients does not necessarily tastes bad; that dinner @Indian restaurant was excellent.
As to dining out…cooking skills make one appreciative of the chef’s work – when you know what it takes to make that lamb really soft and juicy you value Indian cook’s work more.
Besides, I am not a profesional cook; my meals are not always perfect-perfect; sometimes I’m plain too tired to cook or I crave particular dish that I have no ingredients for – and I am happy to live in the area with variety of restaurants to suit me.

Perhaps my comments came across in the way that I didn’t intend. My intention was to compliment you on your creations. They sound delicious.

No no, Vinny, your comment was very flattering the first time (exessively so) – it’s just I can’t accept it without a field test.
